Yale Climate Connections Podcast
The Yale Center for Environmental Communication recently featured NLI’s Robin Moore in their Climate Connections radio program on the importance of shade in playgrounds. Robin shared insight on the important role that shade plays in creating more comfortable, usable spaces year-round and in preventing exposure to harmful UV rays. Shade solutions include shade trees, vine-covered structures like arbors, and shade sails.
